How to Use:

- The Introduction: If you are new to acids, start by using it 2-3 times a week at night. Once your skin builds tolerance, you can move to once-daily use.

- The Application: After cleansing, pour a moderate amount onto a cotton pad and gently sweep over the face, or pour into your palms and pat directly onto the skin.

- The "Wait" Period: For best results, wait about 1-2 minutes before applying your next serum to allow the Mandelic Acid to work at its optimal pH.

- The Sunscreen Rule: Even though it is gentle, AHAs increase sun sensitivity. Always apply SPF50+ the following morning.

What to Avoid:

- Avoid using with high-strength Retinoids. Using this toner in the same routine as a strong Retinol can lead to over-exfoliation. Use them on alternating nights.

- Don't apply to broken or freshly waxed skin. Even though it is a "gentle" acid, applying it to open wounds or recently hair-removed areas will cause significant stinging.

- Avoid the immediate eye and lip area. The skin here is too thin for regular acid exfoliation. Stay along the orbital bone.

- Don't over-exfoliate. If your skin starts to look "shiny" (plastic-like), feels tight, or stings when applying regular moisturizer, pause use for a week to allow your barrier to recover.
