  • Original packaging, invoice, and tags intact
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong products received

  • Products without original packaging or damaged labels
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or free samples

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery. No returns will be accepted after this period.

Return Shipping

For defective or wrong products, we cover return shipping. For other returns, customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is out of stock, you will receive store credit or a refund.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to original payment method within 3-5 business days after product inspection. COD orders get store credit.
