1. Shopping & Ordering

Q: How do I join?

Click Register at the top right of our website. Fill the form, once you sign up, you are a KBP member!

Q: How do I buy?

Add items to your cart, click Checkout Cart enter your shipping details, and choose a payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once finished.

Q: How do I use a Coupon?

Enter the code in the Coupon Code box at checkout and click Apply.

Note: Only one code works per order. Coupons usually do not apply to "Sales amp; Clearance" items.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders fast. You can only cancel if the status is still Processing. Once paid or dispatched, we cannot change items or addresses. Please check all details before buying.

2. Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Esewa, Khalti, Phonepay, and Visa/MasterCard.

Q: What does "Payment Pending" status mean?

Don't worry! Sometimes digital payments take a moment to sync. If it doesn't update in 48 hours, contact us.

Q: Is my payment secure?

All transactions are encrypted and safe. KBP does not store your full card details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number via email/message once your order leaves our warehouse. It may take up to 24-48 hours for the link to show active updates.

4. Exceptions for Returns/Refunds

We will only provide a replacement or store credit if you receive:

  • Wrong Delivery: You received an item different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged Item: The product arrived broken or leaked during transit.
  • Expired Item: The product is past its "Good Until" (까지) date.

Q: How do I claim a return?

You must contact us via call or What's app or Instagram within 24 hours of receiving the package. You must provide clear photos of the outer box, the shipping label, and the product issue. Items must remain unopened and sealed with original KBP tags attached.

Q: Are your products authentic?

100% Guaranteed. We source directly from Korea and authorized brands.

Q: How do I read dates on Korean products?

제조 (Je-jo): Manufactured Date
까지 (Kka-ji): Expiry Date

Q: Do you provide free samples?

We include 1–2 free samples with orders when available. These are "Not for Sale" and cannot be returned.

6. Legal Terms & Conditions

Policy Updates

KBP reserves the right to change shipping, return, and payment policies at any time without prior notice to comply with Nepal's laws or business needs.

Fraud Protection

KBP reserves the right to cancel orders or block accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or excessive return abuse.

Final Decision

In case of any dispute regarding returns or damaged goods, KBP's management decision will be final.
