How to Use:

- The Daily Step: Apply as the last step of your morning skincare routine, at least 15-20 minutes before sun exposure.

- The Two-Finger Method: For full face and neck coverage, apply two full "strips" of cream along your index and middle fingers.

- The Layering: If you have dry skin, you can use this in place of your morning moisturizer. If you have very dry skin, apply it over a light lotion.

- Re-application: If spending time outdoors, re-apply every 2 hours. Its thin texture allows you to layer it without it becoming thick or "pilled."

What to Avoid:

- Avoid using too little. Sunscreen protection is logarithmic; using half the required amount can result in significantly less than half the protection.

- Don't store in high temperatures. Avoid leaving the tube in your car or in direct sunlight, as heat can break down the verified UV filters.

- Avoid skipping the cleanse. Even though it feels like a moisturizer, UV filters are designed to "stick" to the skin. Use a gentle cleanser at night to ensure your pores stay clear.

- Don't apply to wet skin. Ensure your previous skincare steps have fully absorbed; applying sunscreen to a wet face can dilute the protective film.
