How to Use:

- Open the cap and twist the dial at the bottom to extend a small amount of the sun stick.

- Apply evenly to areas that are exposed to UV rays, such as the face and body.

- Reapply every 2-3 hours for continuous protection.

- Important: For your initial application, it is still recommended to use a generous amount of liquid or cream sunscreen to ensure full, even coverage. The sun stick is excellent for reapplication and touch-ups.

What to Avoid:

- Do not extend the stick too far: To prevent it from breaking or attracting dust, only extend it as much as needed for application.
