How to Use:

- The Final Step: Apply as the last step of your morning skincare routine, at least 15-30 minutes before sun exposure.

- The Two-Finger Rule: To ensure full SPF50 protection, apply two strips of cream down your index and middle fingers. Apply in thin layers, letting each layer sink in for a "weightless" feel.

- Neck and Ears: Don't forget to apply to the neck, ears, and chest, as these areas are equally prone to sun damage and aging.

- Re-application: If spending extended time outdoors, re-apply every 2-3 hours to maintain consistent protection.

What to Avoid:

- Avoid the "Full-Amount" Slap. Applying the entire recommended amount in one thick layer may cause pilling if you have oily skin. Apply in thin, consecutive layers for the best finish.

- Don't skip the evening cleanse. Since this is a high-adhesion, long-lasting formula, always use a double-cleanse (oil cleanser followed by water cleanser) at night to prevent pore congestion.

- Avoid direct contact with eyes. Like many chemical sunscreens, it may cause a slight sting if it seeps into the eyes when sweating. Use a mineral-based stick around the eye area if you are highly sensitive.

- Don't store in heat. Exposure to high temperatures (like a hot car) can break down the UV filters and the Trufferol complex, reducing the product's effectiveness.
