How to Use:

- Start small and slow: In your evening routine, after cleansing, toning, and applying a lightweight serum, take a very small, pea-sized amount of the cream.

- Gently pat: Gently pat the cream onto your face and neck, focusing on areas with wrinkles and fine lines. Avoid the delicate eye area at first.

- Use at night only: This cream should only be used in your evening routine.

- Gradually increase frequency: For the first two weeks, use it about 3 times a week at night. As your skin builds tolerance, you can gradually increase the frequency to every other day.

- Follow with a moisturizer: Always follow with a good moisturizer to help lock in hydration and reduce potential irritation.

What to Avoid:

- Always use sunscreen: This is the most important rule. Retinol makes your skin extremely sensitive to the sun. You must use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher every morning, without fail.

- Do not mix with strong actives: Avoid using this cream at the same time as other strong exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs), pure Vitamin C serums, or other retinoids, as this can cause severe irritation.

- Avoid during pregnancy/breastfeeding: It is generally recommended to avoid all retinoid products during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

- Store properly: To maintain the freshness of the retinol, store the cream upright in the refrigerator after opening.
