How to Use:

- After Cleansing: Use this as the very first step in your routine after washing your face.

- Application: Moisten a cotton pad with the toner and gently wipe it over your face from the inside out. Alternatively, you can pour a small amount into your palms and pat it directly into the skin.

- Frequency: It is designed for daily use (morning or night). However, if you have sensitive skin, start by using it 2-3 times a week and gradually increase frequency.

- Sun Protection: Always follow up with a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) during the day, as AHAs can increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun.

What to Avoid:

- Don't over-exfoliate: Avoid using this in the same routine as other high-strength exfoliating acids (like 10% AHA) or strong physical scrubs to prevent irritation.

- Be careful with Retinol/Vitamin C: If you have sensitive skin, try using this toner in the morning and your Retinol or Vitamin C products in the evening.

- Do a quick test first. Before using it on your whole face, try the product on a small spot on your arm first to ensure your skin tolerates the AHA/BHA blend.

- Keep it away from your eyes. The toner is for your skin surface; avoid the immediate eye area to prevent stinging.
