This two-part toner moisturizes and re-balances the skin using a special rice-derived extract and sebum-regulating powder to leave your skin hydrated, smooth, plump and matte.

Description

It is a two-layer toner by itself that intensively moisturizes and balances the skin. The formula is divided into two layers one being a watery layer to instantly provide moisture and the other one is the powdery layer which aids in regulating excess sebum and also gives a matte finish. By shaking it, the two layers mix together to produce a milky and lightweight solution that hydrates, moisturizes, and conditions your skin and readies it to follow the other processes of your routine. It is a multipurpose toner that can be applied on a daily basis to provide plump and even skin complexion.

- Dryness and Dehydration: The watery and milky hydrating layer is used to provide and seal moisture and reduce repetitive patches and tightness.

- Oil and Shine: The layer of powder, Kaolin and Aluminium chlorohydrate works to absorb excess sebum and mattify the skin by absorbing oil, which makes it suitable to those with combination and oily skin types.

- Rough and uneven Skin Tone: The product is based in a formula that is rich in rice extract and niacinamide, which both work on eliminating the roughness of the complexion and enhancing overall complexion.

How to Use:
