Exchange and return policy

• Please remember that returns for online purchases must be made by calling or using our own courier. Within three to five days after the day you received your package, you must send us the return.
• We will arrange the replacement or refund of the item’s price if only the product is in its original condition.
• Customers who make purchases in person should make sure to bring their receipts back within three days.
• If the things are damaged or you receive different products, you can easily exchange.
• If you ask for a replacement but we don’t have your things in stock, we’ll give you a refund for the cost of the item or you have to wait till the product gets back in stock.
