Shipping Process

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment: Once you receive order confirmation mail, your order starts to pack and send for delivery process through local courier and they will call you before delivery within 1-3 days upon your ordered date. 

2. Order Packing: Once all the order itemsare ready in our warehouse, the KBP team will start the packing process to get your order dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible.

3. Order Shipped: Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse and with the courier, you will receive a message with tracking numbers. Shipping time takes up to 1 – 3 working days depending on the shipment method you choose during checkout.

*Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, and on Public Holidays. Shipping may also take longer during sale periods, holidays, and extreme weather.

Shipping Location

All orders will be shipped from our main warehouse and we currently ship to Nepal only and soon we’re expanding our international shipping.

Below conditions are required in claiming a full refund or replacement for damaged good(s):

1) You open the claim with us by call on customer service or message us in instagram within 24 hours of receipt*, plus providing us with the order number, item name and all photos of the package, including inner and outer box, courier bag, wrapped bubbles and product photos

2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from the courier or any other relevant parties*The receiving date is the date that parcel status shown as ‘delivered’. After 24 hours of receipt, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.
